In order to completely remove this from your computer, there are several things you should do. Try to unintall the application from Control Panel. To do that, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) select the program and hit Uninstall. After this process is completed, open your Internet Explorer. Click on the gear icon from the top right side of the screen and select Internet options -> Advanced tab then click the Reset button. Also, you will need to check the Delete personal settings option and click the Reset button. By doing this, you restore the default settings of the browser. If you are using another browser to surf the Internet, use Google to find a way to remove this service from it.
