Can't delete items from specific tables.

When I try to delete some items from tables, an error message appears that states I can;t delete nothing. This issue is reappearing everyday and will not let me use the program. I have tried adding a user to the local admin group, but that did't help. The second error message that I get is : Unable to synchronize server and clients databases. This appears after I close the first warning. What can I do in this matter?

The error messages that you encounter could be caused by the fact that you need to set the UniqueRecords property to YES. To do this, open the delete query in Design view, from the View menu select Properties and set the UniqueRecords property to YES. After you did this, save the query and close it. You should be able to overcome your problem.
