Your device is compatible with the Skype software. To download it, go to the Google Store application from your device, search for Skype and download it. If it says that your device isn't compatible, try to update your OS to the latest version available and try again. To do that, go to Settings -> About phone -> Software update. Be aware that you need to be connected to a WiFi network in order to download the updates.
