In order to use Skype on your mobile, you need to check first if you can install it. You need to have a smartphone with Android, Windows, iOS or RIM operating system and a front camera and then you can search for the Skype application on the market application specific to you phone and that's it. You just add the person you want to all to your contacts list and simply press Dial. If supported, video calling will be enabled automatically.
