I suggest you to update it to the latest firmware using Google. To do that, you need to remove the battery, download and replace the existing driver in C:\Program Files\MSI\MS-551X (default location). After you did this, press and hold the 'Play' button and plug the device to your computer. As you update you will need to select 'format data area'. After the process is finished, release the button.
