I cannot open Belkin Storage Manager on my Windows XP computer. It does not appear on my screen when I launch it. I installed it on other two machines (one connected by wire and one by wireless) and there is the same problem. How can I solve the issue?

In order to solve the problem, uninstall the software using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run CCleaner or COMODO System Cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys in your system. After that, download the latest version of the software from the official web page and install it following the instructions from the user guide. After the installation process is complete, you should see the application icon in your System Tray. Also, it should appear as a drive when you open My Computer.
