How to delete conversation history in Skype version 4.4.0.34403 on my Acer Iconia tab?

In order to delete all your conversation history from your tablet, you can go to Menu (of your device) > Settings > Application > All tab. Tap on Skype and select Clear Data and Clear Cache. For more information, check the official forum.
