You can transfer all your data that you want from a computer to another with an external disk like: USB, etc. But, if you transfer installed programs with an external disk, when you paste them in your other computer the programs will not work out, because when you install a program, some data files goes to Windows registry. Therefore, to be sure you don't waist much time with transferring, I suggest you to move all your data that doesn't requires installation from a computer to another, and all your programs that you have installed on your first computer, try to download them again and reinstall them on your other computer.
