How can I get help with TrueSuite for Mac?

I have been using TrueSuite with my Mac for two years with no problems. I upgraded to OS X Mavericks this week, and TrueSuite no longer works. What can I do?

Before upgrading the Operating System, you should have uninstalled the TrueSuite application in order to avoid some compatibilities issues. According to the following website, the latest version of the software is not compatible with your OS version.
