Dialing 112 didn't work for me.

After dialing 112, the phone still requires the Lock code which I don't remember. Can help for me?

It's a big difference between no network signal, emergency dial or phone lock. The phone lock will not even allow you to dial 112 or any number for emergency service. You will need to input the code to lock the phone. I recommend you visit your local phone shop to unlock the phone, then you can dial. The emergency dial will be available afterwards.
