This is considered to be a feature phone that doesn't allow you to perform such complex operations like unlocking the main screen. If you've forgot the password, then the only ones capable of removing it are the ones at the local service phone shops.
I've tried searching on the web for a solution related to unlocking, but everywhere it's mentioned that you need a custom hardware box that is capable of accessing the phone's protected memory to unlock it, and luckily the local phone service shops already have.
