How do I change lockscreen wallpaper?

Every time I attempt to do so, the cropped pic gets saved but the wallpaper doesn't change.

This is a problem encountered with Android KitKat versions installed as Custom ROMs from the "base kitchen". Unfortunatelly, the only way is to install Xposed Framework. Install Xposed, add it to your system then use the Download area to look for modules. Search for Wallpaper changer and install it. Access the application from the Applications list and start it. Choose the wallpaper, reboot the phone and it should change.
