How can I take a screenshot whilst watching Sky+ HD and use it as a background/wallpaper?

You can use the Print Screen button in case the program does not offer a hotkey but please make sure that the playing mode is set as Direct 3D or DirectX mode because if you use Overlay, all you'll get will be a black screen. You can do this from the configuration options.

You can use a screenshot application to capture the HD video and set it as wallpaper. What am I using is free online screenshot, you can launch it online and drag your mouse cursor to take screenshot, and even share to various social media directly.
