In this case, I suggest reinstalling the program again with Administrator rights. On the install process, you will be asked about the people who can use the software, be sure to make it available for all users. You can also change your UAC (User Account Control) settings but this can be done only with the help of the Administrator account.
To use your program without the need to relog all the time, you can right click on the EXE file and choose Run as Administrator. However, you will still need the Administrator password.
