Toshiba suggests a driver update, but when I go to the Device Manager and update driver for the device, Microsoft does a search and says everything is OK. What is the problem?
It's possible that Microsoft uses the old drivers. It needs to take some time before the drivers from Toshiba appear through Windows Update. They need to be certified. However, it's better to access the Toshiba website to identify the model of your product and then download the drivers manually. Visit the support page and enter the model of your device and then you can download latest drivers.
