Problems on STAAD Pro V8i.

I installed STAAD Pro V8i on Windows 8, but when I open it, I'm unable to get the inbuilt frames which we get when we open the structure wizard. Also, I've tried to run the structure wizard in the geometry tool bar but I'm unable to open it. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, reboot your computer and reinstall the program. Also, make sure that your PC meets all minimum system requirements. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact Bentley.
