You can't print the entire database directly from STAAD.Pro, but you can access (C:) > SPro2007 > STAAD > Sections folder and open the .mdb files using your default MDB file reader:

If you're using Microsoft Access, like I do, you only need to double click the files and they will be opened by the Office product. After that, you need to select the section you want to print and to press the
icon.
Note: If you don't have a .mdb file viewer, you can download and install one from Software Informer database. Many of them are free of charge and easy to install and use.
