What is this program for? It just appeared on my PC out of nowhere.
If you have a USB modem device, this application makes the connection to the Internet using a set of settings. If you don't have such device you can remove it as it's not useful to you.
it appers from the reliance netconnect+ usb modem setup on my device . i think it also comes from ur usb modem
