Unfortunately, this software was discontinued. This means that the developer doesn't offer support for it anymore nor release any updates. You can try to run it using compatibility features that are available in Windows 7, but it's possible to encounter compatibility issues. You can do this by right click on the installer file (Setup.exe) go to Properties -> Compatibility tab and check Run this program in compatibility mode for and choose Windows XP or Windows 98.
