Every time I use CamVerce to record C9, it can record for about 30 seconds. After that it auto end the recording process. Sounds like an error. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, try uninstalling the program and then installing it again. If the problem persists, update the software to the latest version. If it doesn't help, access the official web page, click the Contact Us link from the Lost your copy? section, sign in and contact the support team.
