Can't make phone calls any more using Telcome2. I am in Yemen. Can you help?

The TelcomE2 website and application have been discontinued from development. The official website doesn't exist anymore because it expired. However, you have the possibility to use other VOIP applications by browsing the database of Software Informer from where you can acquire them.
