PurePlay Poker problems.

My computer doesn't allow the ads to pop up with the downloaded PurePlay software. It causes errors every second. What can I do? I like PurePlay Poker and I've been playing it for years on the official website.

In order to fix the problem, temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall. After that, download the PurePlay Poker software and install it following the on-screen instructions. Once the process is complete, activate the antivirus and Windows Firewall and configure them to allow PurePlay Poker to communicate. If you still have problems, use support@pureplay.com email address to get in touch with the support team.
