How to register my LINE in Windows 8.1 because there is no settings menu?

You can't register LINE on Windows 8.1 because there will be no possibility to do it. First install LINE on your smartphone then go to Settings > Email Settings. This is the only way to register the LINE application in Windows. After the email has been registered, open the application on your Windows PC and there will be the possibility to log-in.
