I can't create a Samsung account due to "Processing Failed" error.

I am trying to create a Samsung account on my WAVE Y but it says "Processing Failed". What can I do?

If you can't create an account using your mobile device, try creating one using your computer. Navigate to the official web page, click the Create button, fill up the provided fields and press Submit. After you log in, click the Unsubscribe button and from your phone Settings select Accounts. Tap Add Account, select Samsung and sign up as a new user. If you still have issues, you can use Google search engine to find other solutions, or you can contact a Samsung technician.
