Question

I have bought two UMI X2 smartphones and they were working perfect. Ten days later, one of them, which I use around my house, started to enter the 'no GSM service' mode. I have tried everything from factory reset to new ROM installation with the same results. In other locations it works normally but not as the other one. Is there any solution to this problem?

It seems that the problem you encounter is caused by a hardware malfunction. I suggest you contact the reseller or a specialized service immediately. You can find all the contact information that you need on the back sleeve cover of the User Manual.
