The Samsung Push Service was developed and it's present in your phone to provide notification service only for Samsung services (Samsung Apps, Samsung Link, Samsung Wallet, Samsung Pay, etc.) on Samsung devices.
It's used for the mentioned service to work properly, but you can disable it as it won't have any impact on performance.
However, if you use any of the apps mentioned above, then it needs to be left alone.
