In order to fix the problem, I recommend that you uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. Before the reinstallation process you can run Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. Also, check the website where you've downloaded the program for a newer version. If you find one, download and install it.
