According to information found on the Internet, there is no driver that you need to install in order to use the memory card reader. This is supported on all operating systems (Mac and Windows). To transfer pictures from your memory card to the computer, simply insert the card into the card reader, and connect this to the PC. The memory card should be detected by the PC as an external hard drive and you should be able to access all of its data. If the connection can't be established, try using a different USB port.
