Voip Soft Client microphone problem.

I can hear the out coming calls, but they can't hear me. In Skype I have no problem with the microphone, only at this VoIP Soft Client.

Access the sound settings for your sound card and reconfigure the microphone. Click the PINK input and select the Microphone, then switch the audio configuration to Headphones. Make sure there are no other settings configured to mute the microphone. Of course, there is the possibility that the software is having problems with microphone. Try replacing it with another one and then test again.
