Which language programming is used for Geotechnical Design?

I want to learn a programming language to design a program for Geotechnic (Civil engineering) but I don't know which is better to learn for this propose.

Use Autocad that is better for engg drawing

Geotechnical engineering uses CAD as a "programming" language since the programming is visual, all the commands and scripts run on the command line often available for every CAD application.
