Usually, the libraries are installed automatically. You should received The NED software has been installed to your computer, click the Next/Finish button to proceed to the NED library installation message after you installed the application. I suggest you uninstall the software and to re-install it. When you receive the above message, select the installation location for Ned library (I recommend to select the default location), click Next and after you receive NED library installation completed notice press Finish.
