Installing the token to use at home.

When trying to access the following homepage : "http://sshome.statestr.com/token" from my browser, it says that it's unable to find the following page. I am wondering if this problem is due to me operating with an Apple product or if it's simply just a processing error. I am trying to set up my token so I can work from home in the future when necessary. How can I overcome this?
