If you purchased the phone from an independent phone shop, Lava Zone is installed by default. However, if you purchased the phone from a private cellular operator, Lava Zone might not be available because in most of the cases they modify the firmware and the availability of the installed applications and that's why there is no Lava Zone installed in your phone.
