Is it possible to install applications on Lava Discover 135?

This phone does not allow application installation because it's using proprietary software and a pretty limited OS. The only applications are those pre-installed. On the other hand, the only way you can actually install any "apps" is through the built-in browser by downloading JAR/JAD (Java) files.
