You have to wait a little after the device has been connected to the network. This usually happens with the devices that have been unplugged without finishing a proper disconnection procedure. To overcome this issue, simply try again later and it should work normally. If you're using a SIM card, remove it and then wait for a few minutes with the device unplugged and plug it back and it should work this way.
