Huawei Mobile Connect should come packaged with your modem. In order to install it, you need to connect the modem to your PC via USB port and to follow the on-screen instructions. If the computer doesn't recognize the device, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the modem and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager.
If Huawei Mobile Connect is not installed through the modem, you will need to contact Huawei, because there isn't an online resource available to download the program.
