TC-2000B is not working properly.

I connected my TC-2000B with the PC and I logged in using the user administrator account with correct password. When I click on Host button to change some options, the TC-2000B program closes automatically. What can I do to make my TC-2000B work?

This happens either because the program is not installed correctly or some of its files are missing or corrupted. In order to fix the problem, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Locate your device driver, right-click on its icon and press Uninstall. After that, remove the TC-2000B software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and reboot the PC. Next, connect the device using its cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers and software.
