In order to fix the problems, I recommend that you uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again. After that, reboot the computer and try to access that particular file again. If you receive the same error, try running Dll-Files Fixer. This application has been developed to solve all .dll related issues. If this tool is not helping, the file you're trying to access may be corrupted. In this case you can't do anything.
