I forgot my password to my account and recovery email.

I reset my pasword and the verification was sent to my alternate email address but I also forgot my alternative email address and its own password. I don't remember my security questions. Can you help me? My Yahoo mail is very important.

the last 30 days i not open my id now i forgot my password and that phone number it was set of recover my account but my alternative id is [email protected]
