Mail configuration problem.

I want to configure my POP3 company email ID in my new Micromax Canvas 4, but it is not working. It shows outgoing server not connected. What can I do?

In order to configure the POP3 email account, open the device, navigate to Email > Email accounts > Options > New Account > Start to create account, enter your email address press Next and select POP3. After that, choose Data Account (your SIM card provider), click Next, enter the Incoming server of your company (it should be like: pop.mail.yahoo.com, or pop.gmail.com), press Next, type the outgoing server of your company (it should be like: smtp.mail.yahoo.com or smtp.gmail.com) and press again Next. Type your username, password and an account name and press Done. For further information, I suggest you use Google search engine where you can find additional tips, guides and tutorials.

Note: If you don't know what are the incoming and outgoing servers of your company, you will need to contact the technician who configured them.
