The K-5 program only works with WMV or XVID files. If you want to play the resulted files on a DVD player, you should know what the compatible file types (that can be played on the device) are and use a converter in order to transform your files. You can use the Software Informer's database to find a converter that can help you in your problem.
If your DVD player can play WMV or XVID files, there is no need for you to use the converter.
