Unfortunately, the software was discontinued by the developer. This means that it's not supported anymore nor will receive any updates. Initially, this program was designed to run on Windows 2000, Windows Me or Windows XP. You can try to install it on Windows 7 using compatibility features. To do that, go to Start > in the search bar type run program and select the Run programs made for previous versions of Windows service. From there you just need to follow the steps provided in order to complete the installation.
