If you receive a message about a network protocol, then the first thing you have to do is to check its installation. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure all the network adapters are installed properly and enabled. If you see a device with a yellow mark, right click it and select Update driver. Make sure you are connected to Internet and let Windows Update install the driver. Restart the software and it should work properly.
