I have an HDCTM300 CAMERA and HD Writer AE 1.0 software. Can later versions be downloaded to work with this camera? I have problem adding music to version 1 as the original soundtrack is lost.
All you can download for this camera is an update for the HD Writer application. The update is provided to offer compatibility for Windows 7 and Windows 8. If you have HD Writer installed, access the Panasonic website and download it then apply the update to the application. Make sure you don't uninstall the original application as it's required for the update to complete successfully.
