I can't access my Yahoo Mail via the new device.

I couldn't remember my secret answer, alternative email and its password. Since I moved from Nepal to Germany, my mobile number is here with me. I really need to check my mails. Can you help me to get out of it?

If you don't have access to neither of the recovery methods, then the account is lost for good since Yahoo implements a strict policy about these things. Security questions are the most important recovery feature that is used to recover your account. If you can't remember these questions, you cannot recover your account.
