There is a very easy way. Try to export the contents of the database into a CSV or XLS format, then use Excel to remove the duplicates and import them back. Since you're using a shop, most of the shop scripts have the possibility to back up and export the database. Alternatively, you can install an add-on for your shopping script. Perform a search on Google for "your shop script + duplicate add-on cleaner".
