I've found an application called AllDup that is compatible with Windows 10 and available for installation. I've downloaded the installation package from the application's page at Software Informer and then initiated a scan on my D drive and it found a few files that were identical and unnecessary.
Download the software, right click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator to give it full permission over the system partition.
Warning: Avoid deleting files from the Windows, Program Files, ProgramData, and Users folders.
