What is the deal with SmartLister software?

Question

I am browsing the net for more than 2 hours now and get the impression, somebody created great software, but was not able to sell it properly. This kind of software has a limited user group anyway, but this is no reason to shut down all activities.
My question: Today, we have September 29th in 2013, is SmartLister still available to buy or not?
I am not going to download it, because my Internet security has a problem to let the download pass.
I'd like to hear about my chances to purchase it soon if possible.

You cannot buy this product because it does not exist anymore. The homepage of the developer has been discontinued and there is no information it will ever come back or not.

Smartlister is DEAD, the developer went broke 2 or 3 years ago due to bad business planing & management.

This is my software. You should have just picked up the phone and called me. It still exists. As for the limited use claim, it was used by the University of Arizona to fabricate the Phoenix Lander from a 3D ACAD model. That lander made the definitive discovery of vast amounts of water ice on Mars.
