Assistance with the printer.

Neither my Generic HDD TWAIN version 3 software nor my Generic TWAIN Version 3 will connect to the printer. It worked yesterday and I don't think I changed any settings. I have Fiery X3E disc, but can't find any TWAIN software to load from it. Anyone got any ideas how can I solve this?

In order to fix this problem, even if you have the CD for your printer, try to visit the official website and download the latest driver available for your device. After you reinstall it, reboot your computer, and you should be able to use your printer again.
