No, because the official web page domain has expired and the application seems to be discontinued. However, you can try to run it on your Windows 7 computer using the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP or other compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try other compatible and similar applications like: Guitar and Drum Trainer, PC Drummer or Native Instruments Battery.
